In order to sign up 100% online for a long-term subscription, use your Navigo pass or pick up a Vélib' Express Card at the reception desk of the City of Paris on 29 rue de Rivoli, 75004 (10am-7pm from Monday to Saturday).

Journeys under 30 minutes are always free of charge (or 45 minutes with Vélib’ Passion). If you hire a bike for more than 30 minutes (or 45 minutes with Vélib’ Passion), you will have to pay for the service in accordance with the usage charges.

LONG-TERM SUBSCRIPTIONS

Sign up for only 29€ and use Vélib’ as often as you want during one year. The 30 first minutes of each trip are always free of charge.

Vélib' Passion

Sign up for 39€ and use Vélib’ as often as you want during one year. The 45 first minutes of each trip are always free of charge.

Sign up for Vélib’ Passion for only 29€ per year and use Vélib’ as often as you want. The 15 extra free minutes will be activated on receipt of the required document (copy of your passport or ID card).

Sign up for Vélib’ Passion for only 19 € per year and use Vélib’ as often as you want. Your long-term subscription will be activated on receipt of the required document (certificate of scholarship).This offer is not compatible with Vélib’ Express!
