 In order to sign up 100% online for a long-term subscription, use your Navigo pass or pick up a Vélib' Express Card at the reception desk of the City of Paris on 29 rue de Rivoli, 75004 (10am-7pm from Monday to Saturday). 

 

Journeys under 30 minutes are always free of charge (or 45 minutes with Vélib’ Passion). If you hire a bike for more than 30 minutes (or 45 minutes with Vélib’ Passion), you will have to pay for the service in accordance with the usage charges.

Vélib’ Passion 16-25 years old young people in socio-professional insertion

Sign up for Vélib' Passion for only 19 € per year  and use Vélib' as often you want. 

In order to sign up to this offer, you must:

  • Be aged from 16 to 25 years (inclusive)
  • Live in the Ile-de-France Region
  • Have left the educational system and be unemployed
  • Have undertaken a continuous professional internship
  • Be registered to one of the following training recognised by the City of Paris: 
     
     
    • Espace Dynamique d’Insertion, 
    • Mission Locale de Paris, 
    • Ecole de la Deuxième Chance.

 Your subscription will be activated on receipt of the following requiered documents:

  • Copy of you passport or ID card
  • Certificate of registration to one of the training mentioned above
  • Declaration on honor
