Vélib’ bikes are unisex and suitable for all, 14 years and up!
More than 20,000 bikes are available in Paris. Our 160 employees work to ensure customer satisfaction through rigorous maintenance in order to maintain bikes in a safe and roadworthy condition in the face of heavy usage.

On-ground Teams

 

 
   

Our on-ground teams go from stations to stations to locate any damaged bikes. Depending on the nature of the problem, they may repair a bike on site, without the bike ever leaving the station! For example, deflated wheel are fixed on site.

How about broken lights or brakes? For such deficiency, bikes are systematically removed from stations to be fixed in our workshops by professional technicians.
